To measure your foot, stand up and put your bare foot on a white sheet, blocking the heel against a wall. Draw a line in front of the end of the big toe and measure the distance in cm between the edge of the sheet and the line.

Our sizes are given as a guide and may vary depending on the model. To choose the ideal size, take your measurements directly on your body with a tape measure, without tightening.

Measure your hips where your belt will sit. This measurement will guide you in choosing the right belt size. Select the size that is closest to this measurement. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
